Let me introduce myself, I am Bryan Higgins. I am an experienced researcher with over 10 years of experience in survey methodology and statistical analysis. I managed the development and administration of web and paper data collections for federal and state agencies including the National Science Foundation, Department of Defense, Election Assistance Commission, and the Florida Department of Children and Families. I led the statistical analyses on projects for the U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
